Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, mobile, restaurant name), license and device information (a hardware identifier of the PC running the POS), subscription and payment status from Razorpay, and — when the POS is online — synced bills and daily sales summaries.

What we don't collect

We never see your card or UPI credentials (payments are handled entirely by Razorpay), and the POS's full local database stays on your machine.

How we use it

To operate licensing and sync, show you your own reports, process subscription payments, and provide support. We don't sell data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it lives

Cloud data is stored with Supabase (AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai). Payments are processed by Razorpay. Both process data under their own security and compliance programs.

Retention & deletion

Synced bills are kept for about 60 days (summaries longer, for your reports). If you cancel and want your cloud data removed, email us and we'll delete it.
