Terms of Service

1. The service

Magic Bill provides a desktop point-of-sale application for restaurants and an accompanying web dashboard. A paid subscription (or trial) grants one license per restaurant, usable on one desktop computer at a time.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Razorpay on a monthly or yearly cycle. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your data

Billing data is stored locally on your computer. When online, sales summaries and bills sync to our cloud so you can view reports remotely. You own your data; we process it only to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't share license keys between restaurants, attempt to bypass licensing, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend licenses that violate these terms.

5. Availability & liability

The POS works offline by design; cloud features are provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
